Thank you for choosing us to feed you and your loved ones for Thanksgiving this year. We are honored to be a part of your holiday experience and wish you and yours a very happy Thanksgiving. The whole meal itself is fully cooked, so all that is needed is to reheat and serve. The entire reheating process should take less than two hours, taking the stress and time out of your holiday cooking!
- Chef Daniel Mangin
Whole Turkey
Allow to sit at room temperature for one hour prior to reheating.
Add one cup of water to the pan with the turkey, recover with aluminum foil, and place in the oven at 325 degrees and heat for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and cook the bird for 15 minutes intervals until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Chef’s Tip: Keep an eye on the skin! Cover the bird with foil if the skin starts getting too crispy, and cook longer if needed.
Gravy
Heat the gravy in a small saucepan until simmering, or microwave on high for two minutes.
Stuffing/Green Bean Casserole/Mashed Potatoes
Place the aluminum pans in the oven with the foil on. Cook at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue to cook for another 20-30 minutes as needed, until the items are hot throughout. Be sure to mix your potatoes and green bean casserole before serving.
Chef’s Tip: Heat the mashed potatoes in a large sauce pot, and adjust consistency with more milk or butter to your heart’s desire.
Mac & Cheese
Place the aluminum pan in the oven and remove the lids. Cook at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. Check the temp in the center of the side dishes, and stir to ensure even cooking.
Continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes as needed until items are hot throughout.
Broccolini
Remove foil and bake for 7-10 minutes at 325 degrees
Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin Pies are uncooked - be sure to store in freezer until one hour before cooking
Reheat at 375 for one hour
